Terms or conservation criteria. How long will we keep your data?

In the case of economic or administrative relationship: for five years from the date of termination of our relationship: Article 1964 of the Civil Code, in wording given by Law 42/2015, of October 5, reform of the LEC.

Legitimacy. Why are we entitled to process your personal data?

In the case of economic or administrative relationship: because the treatment necessary for the execution of a contract (article 6.1.b) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection).

If you subscribe to our newsletter or on our web forms: the legitimacy to process your data is based on the consent with the sending of the data by the interested party (article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General of Data Protection.

To which recipients will your data be communicated or transferred?

What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?

Right of access: Right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data that concerns you or not.

Right of rectification: Right to request the modification or rectification of your data in the event that they are inaccurate

Right of deletion: Right to request that your data be deleted or erased due to illegal data processing, due to the disappearance of the purpose that motivated the treatment or collection or when you revoke your consent or oppose their treatment.

Right to limit treatment right to obtain limitation of data processing, when any of the following situations apply:

If you dispute the accuracy of the data: While the accuracy of the data is verified by us.

If you have exercised your right to oppose data processing: While verifying whether the legitimate reasons of the person in charge prevail over your rights.
