This project would not have been possible without bringing on board a maestro gelataio; hence we can rely on a maestro gelataio who is one of the best and most reputable in Italy: Giuseppe Di Bella.

Our slogan ‘Il Gelato è Italiano’ is a declaration of intentions because we always knew that we had to respect the Italian gelato tradition, its processes and its flavors.

For this reason, both the machinery in our kitchen and the natural ingredients used in each creation are imported from Italy, thus achieving a flavor that connects with our philosophy.

Giuseppe Di Bella

Born in Florence in 1968, where he carries out his professional activity in his own ice cream parlor located a few meters from the mythical Ponte Vecchio. He learned the profession from his father who, in turn, learned it from his father, in a family tradition that led them to develop a deep and sincere knowledge, love and respect for the authentic Italian gelato.

The enthusiasm for being able to replicate the concept of an authentic Italian gelateria in another country with an ambitious project, totally respectful of the Italian tradition, as well as the commitment to the highest product quality, led him to join the project without hesitation.
